Clip off charge
If a coat is so heavily matted that the only option will be to clip the coat off, a charge will be added to compensate for wear and tear to the tools used. This will be dependant on the size and behaviour of the dog and state and cleanliness of the coat.

Flea charge
If fleas are found on a dog during a groom, a charge will be added on to the groom to compensate for extra cleaning and products used to clear and clean the van to prevent cross contamination.

Additional de-matting
If an owner who's dog has substantial matting that will require more than 10 minutes, who still wish me to continue me to dematt their dog's coat, will be charged per 10 minutes extra.

Cancellation fee
If groom is cancelled within 24hrs of the grooms appointment time, half of the grooms quoted price will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked.
